Operation:

When using this special detergent, we believe that we should switch from CHC or detergent containing CHC to neukadur pur 2 in the simplest way, especially considering the stock of existing detergent. Neukadur pur 2 can be mixed with existing cleaning agents in the ratio of 1:1.

Neukadur pur 2 is usually used for purification of mixing head and mixing chamber.

Neukadur pur 2 cleaning agent can not only dissolve single components, but also combine excessive isocyanates: it is more conducive to future disposal. After purification, parts in contact with neukadur pur 2 cleaning agent must be dried with compressed air. If the drying is not sufficient, the failure may occur in the next processing process.

After that, collect the used detergent in a suitable container. Its high flash point is not volatile and does not affect the environment of the workplace.

Neukadur pur 2 detergent cannot dissolve cured polyurethane and epoxy resin.

Compatibility with plastics

Pipes, seals or valves are not always resistant to neukadur pur 2 cleaning agent.

Suitable plastics include polyethylene, polypropylene, butyl rubber, perfluoroethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene or plastics coated with polytetrafluoroethylene.

The following plastics are not suitable: PVC, ABS, Viton, polystyrene, polyurethane and epoxy resin.

Recycling / reuse / disposal

The used cleaning agent can be distilled for recycling, preferably in vacuum distillation.

Neukadur pur 2 detergent will bind excess isocyanates. This means that the junk goods to be declared do not need to be labeled.
